SHIPPING POLICY – Pets&me

Thank you for shopping with Pets&me. Below is our shipping policy, which applies to all orders placed through our store.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or delays due to external factors (e.g., customs, carrier issues), processing times may be slightly extended. In such cases, we will communicate any significant delays by email.

Shipping Times
Our standard estimated delivery time is 12 to 15 business days after the order has been processed.

Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and any customs procedures in your country.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide.

Please be aware that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping costs.

Pets&me is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or postal services in the destination country.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

Pets&me is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days from the shipping date, please contact us at  help@petsmeshop.com so we can assist you.

We will do our best to work with the shipping carrier and resolve the issue. However, delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are outside of our control.
