Cloud House is a handcrafted ceramic memorial urn, created as a gentle resting place for a beloved pet’s ashes or keepsakes.

It is designed to feel less like a traditional urn, and more like a small home in the clouds — a quiet, comforting piece that can stay close to you in your everyday space.

Cloud House holds approximately 750 ml / 45 cubic inches.

It is generally suitable for most cats and small to medium-sized pets. With the included drawstring inner pouch, we recommend it for pets under approximately 35–40 lb / 16–18 kg. Without the pouch, it may hold ashes from a pet up to around 45 lb / 20 kg.

For larger pets, Cloud House may be used to hold a meaningful portion of ashes, especially when families choose to share ashes between loved ones or keep a smaller memorial piece close at home.

Yes. Each Cloud House is individually handcrafted and finished in ceramic.

Because of the handmade process, very small variations in shape, glaze, color, or surface texture may appear. These are part of the character of handmade ceramics, not defects.

Each Cloud House is handcrafted after your order is placed.

Unlike ready-made products, every piece goes through a slow ceramic process with multiple rounds of glazing, hand-painting, and kiln firing. These steps help create its matte surface, cloud, moon, tiny door, and paw-print stairs details.

If your order includes a custom ceramic pendant, your pet’s portrait is hand-drawn from your photo, then hand-shaped and kiln-fired by hand. The pendant is made from strengthened fired ceramic, making it more durable and less fragile than ordinary ceramic.

Each piece usually takes approximately 20–30 business days to create before shipping. In some cases, the crafting time may be slightly longer due to ceramic drying times, kiln schedules, additional glazing or firing, custom hand-painted details, or final quality checks.

Yes. Cloud House is designed with a removable ceramic cloud lid, so ashes or keepsakes can be placed inside gently.

The lid includes a moisture-resistant sealing ring, helping it close more securely and offering added protection for peaceful indoor display. It is not permanently sealed, so you can still open it when needed.

Each Cloud House also comes with a small drawstring inner pouch to help keep ashes gathered neatly inside. Please note that the pouch itself is not airtight or waterproof.

If you prefer extra protection, you may place the ashes in a sealed bag first, then place the sealed bag inside the drawstring pouch before putting it into Cloud House.

Yes, as long as the item fits comfortably inside.

Many families choose to keep a lock of fur, a collar tag, a small note, or another tiny keepsake together with the ashes.

Cloud House is made of ceramic, so we recommend placing it on a stable indoor surface.

Each Cloud House includes four tiny self-adhesive anti-slip rubber dots. You can attach them to the bottom of the piece if needed, helping it grip the surface more gently and reducing direct contact with the table, shelf, or memorial corner.

Please avoid placing Cloud House near the edge of a surface or anywhere it may be easily knocked over.
